Amit Hooja is chief operations officer of Icronex.

Prior to this he was serving as Chief Technology officer of Icronex , role in which he shared leadership and management to define corporate technology strategy for Icronex.

As Chief Operations Officer at Icronex, Amit Hooja is responsible for planning, reviewing, monitoring and directing opeartions . He defines strategies for developing and designing systems to innovate technology-oriented Internet marketing solutions.

He is responsible to achieve overall goals for Icronex and its clients.

Mr. Hooja has over twelve years of experience business development and operations for major enterprises.

Mr. Amit Hooja holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Rajiv Pradhan
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing

Mr. Rajiv Pradhan has 15 years of international experience in the marketing and business development arena. He holds an MBA degree in International Business & Marketing from SIU, Florida-USA and a B.Com(Hons) from Delhi University- India, as well as PGDMM from National Institute of Sales, Delhi- India. Most of his prior experience has been in telecom and in office automation industries. Some of the organizations that Mr. Pradhan has held management positions with include Xerox Canada Ltd, Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd, and Novel Imaging Solutions Inc.

Mr. Pradhan’s last assignment as Director of Marketing and BD at Novel Imaging encompassed assisting Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd. to gain entry in the RFP standing offer for the Provincial Government of Ontario, Canada, thereafter he developed and managed the Ontario Government office automation business. He has recently returned to India and has joined Icronex to lead the organization at the business development and marketing front.
