Internet Marketing Specialist

This person will be responsible for generating targeted traffic through the ethical online publishing of inbound links. This person will use a variety of online marketing (OLM) strategies for their assigned websites. This person will locate quality web sites by studying their contents, rankings and competitiveness and initiate two-way link exchange, post comments on forums, groups, blogs, vlogs, etc., and establish relationships with high quality influencers on social networks. The Internet Marketing Specialist should be able to refer a minimum of 100 registrations per month.

Responsibilities

Identify link building opportunities for driving high quality traffic to assigned web sites. Maintain list of potential link candidates, successfully negotiating & obtaining links.
Suggest improvements to new and existing sites that result in increased inbound links. Troubleshoot and report recommendations on sites with backlink issues.
Search & identify various forums, groups, and social networks in the specified market segment, post comments, provide feedback, offer existing content, and invite readers to visit Icronex-sponsored blogs and casino web sites.
Develop relationships, feed teaser content, and actively pursue online activities to forge awareness of Icronex sponsored online gaming opportunities.
Provide periodic maintenance of existing links to Icronex-sponsored content and report on same.
Follow proper and ethical linking guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards.
Monitor and report overall internet marketing program success with regard to referrals, and backlinks.

Domain Expertise

Ability to explain social proofing and how backlinks are used.
Familiarity with off-line casinos or lotteries, video games, online gaming and other online entertainment websites highly desirable.

Experience

Proven track record of working in an internet environment with ecommerce experience.
Results driven ability to excel in a fast paced and fun environment.
Creative with good attention to detail.
Good writing skills, grammar, punctuation and spelling in the American Vernacular.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
