Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand existing affiliate network and create new channels of growth and nurture them.
• Manage key affiliate business relationships and act as point person. Ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Refine, streamline and continue to develop policies and procedures to ensure growth of affiliate business.

Requirements

• Possess 5-10 years experience in internet marketing and business development with at least 3 years online affiliate marketing.
• In depth knowledge of online affiliate industry, online marketing process and controls, and information systems. Online gaming industry experience and an operational MLM or affiliates network a plus.
• Highly entrepreneurial and strong leader who manages with courage and defines goals and motivates team to achieve outstanding results.
• Quick learner and decisive, responsive decision-maker. Desire to learn, adapt, and grow.
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to influence. Outgoing, extrovert manager with an "Open Door" approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration from a leading school.
